You agree to use practicetype only for lawful purposes related to testing and training your touch typing skills. You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, spiders, or other programmatic tools to interact with the typing test or artificially inflate/submit high scores to the leaderboard.
2. Client-Side Data & Leaderboard
practicetype stores your typing speed history, settings, and high scores locally on your browser using LocalStorage. The leaderboard data is stored locally on your device. We do not guarantee the permanent storage or backup of this local data; clearing your browser cache or cookies will erase your local history and leaderboard entries.
3. Intellectual Property
All website design, text, code, graphics, and interface mechanics are copyright © 2026 practicetype. You may not copy, reproduce, or modify the underlying source code or distribute any modified versions of the website without explicit permission.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
practicetype is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs or viruses.
